Tensions in Myanmar continue to escalate as rebel forces launched a mortar attack on the Karenni State War Council (WCC) Regional Command Headquarters in Dakasa, Loikaw. On the day of the attack, two 107 mm mortar shells struck the headquarters, marking a bold move by the Brave Warriors for Myanmar (BWM).
According to reports, six out of seven mortar shells were successfully fired by the rebel forces during the mission.
